TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For every Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000 JMD) including GCT the customer will be given one (1) entry form by the cashier after purchase.

2. Each entry form must be completed with customer’s full name, phone number, address, email address (optional) and receipt number.

3. The blanks in the Bashco loyalty card name must be correctly filled out. The name of the card is “Bashco Loyalty Card.”

4. Additional entry forms will be given for every Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000) JMD including GCT that is spent. Customers are only allowed to win once.

5. A large box will be at each location; these boxes will be labelled with the store location.

6. Three (3) winners will be selected live on our Instagram page and on radio with RiddimFM broadcasting from Mandeville location at 8-10 Manchester Road, Mandeville on Saturday, May 10, 2025.

7. The deadline for entry submissions will be Tuesday the 6th day of May 2025 at 5:00 pm.

8. In respect of the Grand Prize Draw, this will be conducted at our Mandeville location at 8-10 Manchester Road, Mandeville, and will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 3:30pm. 9. The winners will be selected by the Marketing Manager of Bashco, by selecting 3 entry forms drawn by hand from the large box containing all entries.

10. The 3 winners will be chosen and contacted via phone, and they will have until close of business on the 13th of May 2025 to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within the specific period, the prize will be forfeited.

11. If Bashco is unable to contact the winner on the first attempt, 3 more phone calls will be made and one email sent over a two (2) two-day period. For each call made, the phone will be allowed to ring 6 times; if unanswered or we get voicemail the call will be considered a missed call. If Bashco is unable to contact the winners during the designated period, the prize will be forfeited and prize will be retained by the company.

12. After successfully contacting the winners, winners are given three (3) weeks after May 13th (June 3rd 2025) to collect their prize from the Bashco location of their choice.

13. Bashco Trading Company Limited will not be responsible to transport items to any location other than the designated Bashco location chosen by the winners of this competition. All transportation expenses for the removal of the washing machine from the designated Bashco location must be covered by the winners.

14. Prizes are transferrable to a mother of choice if the winner is not a mother. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

15. In the event the selected winners or the individual(s) in which the winner would have gifted the reward to is unable to accept or pick up the prize, said prize will be forfeited.

16. On presentation of the prize, the winner will sign a verification letter of receipt for same and provide a valid ID to match the name on the entry form. Valid ID accepted (Driver’s License, National ID and passport).

17. Photographs will be taken during prize presentation. Refusal of such, will result in forfeiture of the prize.

19. Persons who are employed to Bashco will not be eligible to enter the competition.
